Regulation 21 is the annual firearm compliance assessment required for all security personnel and anyone carrying a company firearm for business purposes. It confirms ongoing competency and ensures continued compliance under the Firearms Control Act 60 of 2000. This assessment must be completed every 12 months without exception.
